Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for purchases made directly through Lyvro Publishing's website. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@lyvropublishing.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Note: If your purchase was made through another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return or exchange policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
